Based on the Saskatchewan Government removing all restrictions related to COVID-19 and taking into consideration what the City of Saskatoon is doing in regards to their re-open plan, SCECU will be making some changes:

  • Starting Monday July 12, 2021, the Credit Union will no longer require the wearing of a face mask when entering the Branch.  We still encourage our members to wear a mask if they feel more comfortable when doing their credit union business.

  • We will be removing the restriction of one person in the Branch at a time.  Where possible, physical distancing is still encouraged.

  • The Credit Union will continue with our enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols, along with our physical barriers remaining in place.  When meeting in an office, the staff may or may not be wearing a mask, but if you prefer masks being worn, please make the request to the staff person.

  • Saskatoon City Employees Credit Union will be adjusting our office hours starting Monday July 12, 2021, as it pertains to being open to the public, to now be 9:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday.

In addition to this, we want to notify our Members that when you come to our branch in City Hall, the door will no longer be locked during regular business hours, but Security personnel are there to monitor and protect the city employees and others in the building and will continue to remain in place until the City of Saskatoon decides otherwise.

The Credit Union will continue to monitor the re-opening situation as it unfolds and will make any appropriate changes to protect our members and our staff.
