From now on, images of your cancelled cheques will be returned to you neatly sorted, in clearing date order.

If you require an additional copy, your cheques are imaged and digitally stored by us for

convenient easy access. This is your guide to The Image Chequing System.

There will be an imaged reproduction of your actual cheque. This document is acceptable in a court of law and by Revenue Canada as your permanent record for proof of payment.

Your cheque images are sorted and returned in clearing date order. They appear in column order, beginning with the first in the sequence.

The three sets of numbers clearly printed below each cheque are for quick reference. They represent the date your cheque was processed, the cheque number, and the amount of your cheque.

Cheque retrieval is now faster than ever. A print-out copy of a cheque is available almost immediately by calling or visiting us during business hours.

The imaged cheque will be available for up to ten years.

When writing your cheques, please use dark blue or black ink. Other colors and gel pens do not reproduce well.
